Some examples of the discretionary benefits we capture for our clients include:

TAX & TARIFF: We negotiate discretionary tax credits, tax refunds, tax abatements and tax exemptions. Our focus includes property, sales & use, and income taxes. We are expert at creating enterprise zones, and then maximizing the zone benefits. We also negotiate tariff abatement through tariff inversion, and quota management. We prepare applications and negotiate the creation of foreign trade zones (ftz).

UTILITIES & ENERGY: We capture cost reductions through the negotiation of special rates for electricity ( power ), natural gas ( commodity, distribution and transportation ), water and wastewater. We create the opportunity whether or not the utility is regulated. Additionally we reduce energy commodity costs through the negotiated purchase of electricity, natural gas, coal, petroleum coke, fuel oil and propane. We also provide traditional energy management services.

EMPLOYMENT: We reduce a client's cost of employment from recruitment through retention. We negotiate free recruitment services, including advertising, interview, screening and pre-employment training. We negotiate cash reimbursements of 50% of the wages (for up to one year) of new hires as well as tax credits up to $20,000 per hire. We also negotiate training grants for a client's current workforce as well as for new hires (up to $5,000 per employee per year). We also negotiate tax credits for a company's investment in training, as well as cash refunds of up to 5% of a company's entire W-2 payroll (for up to 10 years).

INVESTMENT & ACQUISITIONS: Site Selection: We are expert at negotiating maximum incentives for a company either expanding or consolidating. Let us utilize the entire portfolio of our services (including government synthetic leases) to radically reduce the costs of your investment and its unfavorable impact on R.O.A., cash flow, and earnings. Capital Investment: Let us help you structure any capital investment to eliminate its unfavorable impact on the balance sheet. Additionally, we are expert at negotiating a broad spectrum of incentives including cash grants to reduce the cost of the investment.

GENERAL COSTS: We capture additional opportunities to enhance profit through government incentives, including state grants, federal grants, training grants, infrastructure grants, government synthetic leasing, tax credits, tax refunds, tax exemptions, IDB, IRB, TIF and other discretionary mechanisms including wage-free and subsidized labor.

SITE SELECTION: Expert in negotiating maximum benefits and lowest costs for clients regarding EXPANSION, CONSOLIDATION, and RELOCATION.
